CPO Tim Dickey I have a locked gas cap, so I don't know if I would feel comfortable giving them that to fill up my car with gas, but one heck of a unique idea!

That seems like it could be a scam CPO Tim Dickey. While it could very well be a legitimate business, I expect personal details and access to your cars fuel system could be a vulnerability which may be exploited by criminals at best and terrorists at worst - hom,egrown to begin with.
