States Gear Up for Fight to Keep the National Guard Out of War

All the states have to do is return all Federal Funding and All Federal Equipment and Facilities.

This has not passed in any state so far. What this is so far is ONE GUY pushing this thing and trying to get it pushed through across the country. It is not a very visible issue and I expect that when the drawbacks that he is not mentioning are highlighted that it will get even less support.
Example: The Federal Government/DoD funds much of the equipment, training and drill pay for the National Guard. If the Federal Government/DoD has to "Mother May I" to use the forces that it has paid for then I would expect more of the force structure to migrate out of the Guard and into the Reserves.
