This answers a question I had a couple of days ago. The judge protected the new mags until such time as the appeal is taken up by another court.

I agree with Lt Col Charlie Brown, SGT (Join to see)!!! And those who purchased those large capacity magazines should keep their sales receipt to show when they were purchased... It might be prudent to have a copy of the Judges "STAY" as the window of opportunity was small...just saying...
