Yes he is. Started something like 2 months ago. No idea where in the process they are right now.

I think Tim might be a month out of date. Last I saw of Steven's lawyer was 2 months ago and they were talking about all the work needed to be done for the initial filing - without going into too much detail of the suit(s) itself. It could be it was 2 months worth of work for this filing.
