My step daughter joined a gym. You had to give three months notice PRIOR to the gym membership ending. When you gave notice you had to turn in your membership card. So you lost 25% of your membership time. She beat them because she was under age when she signed the contract and offered to sue. So she used the gym for the full year before terminating membership. The facility went belly after a couple of years.
