Stockton CA filed the largest (and first) municipal bankruptcy in history just a few years back. they lured businesses back (suckers!) and now they are paying gang-bangers not to bang... what could go wrong?

What do you have to do to qualify? Do you already need to be a felon? Or just a gun owner?

How about paying all us vets $1000 / month not to go nuts with an AR, since the left believes we are dangerous and unstable. Makes about as much sense. Maybe more.
