I always love how all these guys who find the posers feel the need to record their interactions and then shout out "Stolen Valor!" Unless these people are unless these people are using their claimed awards to fraudulently claim obtain money, property, or other tangible benefit they are just delusional and attention whores. If they are in fact obtaining money, property or other tangible benefits through their lies then there are ways to make it stop that does not include screaming in a public place and throwing it on YouTube...contact the proper authorities after you pull them to the side and give them warning and a chance to correct themselves.
