I watched this video for the first time today and while this guy should not wear the uniform in an improper fashion his paperwork and military id are correct for a 100 percent disabled veteran. The young Marines could have handled this better what do you think? http://youtu.be/hlNzja6roms

On the ID issue, 100% disabled vets who are not retired do not at present get CAC cards. They can get a red id looks like a dependant ID card that lets them use base facilities like MWR and PX and has Indef as an expiration date.
