Stopped train triggers major political row in Balkans

There is a belief among some that those folks still hate each other as much as they ever did and are only a sneeze away from wholesale killing each other again. The uneasy 'peace' has been maintained over the years but is very fragile.

Aww, crap! Well, at least I won't have to go this time! I do still have a sweatshirt from the IFOR days. Maybe I'll manage to coax a new one out of somebody who manages to go this time.......
