Okay, so I have no sympathy for criminals -- I admit it freely. At least I refrained from tagging it as humor, even though it was funny to me.

SPC Nancy Greene - You go girl! There are only two types of folks in a combat situation -- the quick and the dead.

Thank God for the 2nd Amendment!
Should be deemed as justifiable homicide! The store clerk was clearly acting in self defense!

SPC Nancy Greene, while it was indeed self defense, under the laws of Texas it didn't need to even go that far. By pulling his weapon on the store clerk, even before he fired it, he was committing a felony -- and that was legal justification to blow his nasty butt away.

Can't tell if they're saying it was justified or not.

That's because in Texas it's understood. By pulling a weapon on the store clerk he had committed a felony, that's all the justification needed. Then, when he fired on the clerk -- justification number two. The journalism major who wrote the article left that part out, but those of us that live here know that's the law. Deadly force against any felon caught in the act, or even trying to escape, is justifiable.
