CPT (Join to see) - I don't rate the position. I rate the person. Anybody can get a good job just by knowing someone (i've seen it happen). If you take a swipe at me or my career, you can expect for me to reply in kind.

What? I am not taking a swipe at your career in this exchange. I was only pointing out that in an agency that I will not name, I rated the civilian version of an LTC.
I am trying to clean up my act. I want to be able to disagree with someone without crushing them or becoming personal. Without CPT Prickett I wouldn't have made it this far. Since we are often at loggerheads I would appreciate your feedback when I become offensive or do well in disagreeing without annihilating my opposite number. It should be possible to disagree vigorously and yet not always "go for the jugular". Will you send me a friend request. It would be very helpful in the long run.
