Strategist’s drinking policy fails to prevent, shape St. Patty's Day hangover

LOL - when I was at Plattsburgh State (1969-73) our Fraternity (TTAN) always looked forward to St. Patty's day. At that time the New York State drinking and voting age was 18. You could get a pitcher of green beer for a nickle from 08:00-08:05 at OUR Fraternity Bar (Cumberland Hotel). Needles to say many of us did not make it to class if St. Patty's day fell on a weekday. We had some epic parties on St. Patrick's day .... enough said
