Tried out smartphone generated STREAMING VIDEO from the field during the "March-Ons" at the Army-Navy Game. We have been using streaming video to do pregame and halftime reports from the press box at Michie Stadium when timing is critical. This article goes over the strengths and weaknesses of this media versus recording on standard higher resolution cameras. Perhaps there are trained PAOs on the distribution who can help with what they are recommending. We see many groups starting to "Stream" their meetings and events. The West Point Band for example is streaming many of their concerts.
