CSM (Join to see) thanks for this valuable information. This is the first time I have heard of the MSAF program. Awesome program for the Soldiers. Well conveyed!

I did my first one back in DEC 2015, and it has been a valuable tool in my self-awareness. Once you close the assessment you get the option to receive two Leadership Coaching Sessions (by phone) to go over your results and develop a plan to improve your Leadership. All I can say it has been AMAZING! I feel it has truly helped me become a better leader.

This program first launched back in 2005... I did one for every job I help on AD. I value the feedback from peers and subordinates it provides. As leaders, the current evaluation system is great for what your bosses think of you, but as a leader you REALLY work for your subordinates. Them getting a chance to provide feedback is invaluable to personal and professional growth.

Sir, I am glad NCOs can do it now, too. It has really helped me be more self-aware of my self and my behaviors.

CSM Baldwin,
I've used it twice so far, right after I got my first and second NCOERs. I use the results to frame my personal goals for professional improvement.

CSM Baldwin,
I did not. I'm using the information to help with structuring discussion with my mentors.
