Much of that depends on your native language. Learning mandarin is easier than learning korean for me.

English and German both Germanic in Origin the "Clinical" Languages are both pretty Challenging. I agree. The Latin Based "Romantic" languages allow a bit more flexibility. The only thing about the Romantic Languages that confuses the Hell out of me is everything is assigned a Sex, a Male or Female intonation.
