@SFC Joe s SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL What a circus. When the Army won't tell Soldiers what to do with their sleeves and leaves it up to almost any local leader to decide!

Who in in charge of the Army? Cannot they simply say: sleeves up, all CONUS! Is not uniformity a feature of the military?

I still avoid the sun as much as I can SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL. When I was younger and in uniform I spent too much time in the sun and got burned a few times but never had any more serious heat-related conditions.
Depending on the environment and the fatigue uniform sometimes sleeves stayed down and sometimes we were in green t-shirts in the 1970s and brown t-shirts in the 1980s.
