Agree with the courts. Our country was built on separation of powers and executive branch went too far and the courts reeled them in - Government working right for the first time in a long time.

CW5 Andrew J. Foreman I'm not as optimistic. It came down to a tie despite the verbiage of Art I, Section 8. "The Congress shall have power to ... establish a uniform rule of naturalization". A third Obama administration through a Clinton surrogacy could see that gone with the appointment of whichever activist legal scholar she nominates. A Trump administration could try to do the same Reagan did in the 1980's.
