>Stare Decisis< or let the decision stand is an important legal principle that is worthy of our support. It is the basis of legal precedent, the concept that allows ordinary citizens to have confidence that the courts won't be changing their minds with the whims of whichever jurist hears their case. Sadly, as the makeup of the Supreme Bunch changes based on political whims currently in fashion, some precedents are not as good as others and deserve to be ignored. Still, if the Court alters these decisions, We the People will be left in a morass of confusion. Thus, our justice system is imperfect and we'll just have to live with it, won't we?

Its up to the voters of each state to make their state adhere to the 2nd amendment. Oklahoma finally voted in a governor who signed our constitutional carry law meaning we can now carry openly without a license. Yes you must be over 21 years of age and or in the military if 18 years old. Yes you still have to adhere to no guns allowed signs by private business or open carry needs to be concealed. Our open carry law without a license goes into effect on November 1, 2019. At present we can openly or concealed carry with a license. License's can still be purchased from the state if you plan on traveling out of state to the 38 states that honor our license. What would be nice is for the federal government to make it mandatory for all states to recognize license's from every other state like they do Automotive, Marriage or any other license.
