Supreme Court to Hear San Francisco’s Challenge to EPA Water Pollution Regulation

With the overturning of "Chevron" I can see the need for this case. but to me it also reads like the polluters want to be allowed to foul the water more than they already are.

We need clean water but the EPA has always been out of controul. Just another bunch of unelected govt. bureocrats wasting our money getting fat off of our tax dollars. Another issue is what to do about the human shit on the sidewalks of San Francisco.
