I grew up in KC, but I moved away for good in 2005. I'm amazed how much it's changed in the last 10 years or so. It looks like an entirely different city.

CPT (Join to see) My Knowledge and History with the River Quay/River Market District goes back to 2 Mafia Families Disagreement about it's Future, One with a Dream, One Hanging on to it's Bar Drunken Past. Unfortunately the One with a Dreams Nephew had a Bad Habit of Making Human Torches of the Drunks and Vagrants that used to Hang Out Down There. I am Happy to Report that a Compromise, no matter how Unimpressive between the Gentrification Crowd and the Vagrants has Kinda been reached.
