Russia has always been like that. They use sledgehammers when a fly swatted will do. They believe in scorched earth and laying waste to entire cities if they have this enemy located there. It wasn't that long ago when our own Army Air Corps firebombed, carpet bombed, and area bombed as policy. This is just more failed foreign policy. You share airspace with other nations to defeat a common enemy, but the common enemy isn't clearly identified. Assad and the former commies want ISIS AND the rebels we support wasted. Hillary has armed just about everybody over there. Our own policies (or lack thereof) has failed at epic levels. Syria is a failed state, just like every other country she interferes with. It will take decades to undo the damage to the region and if she gets to continue her reign of incompetency we need to start learning Arabic. There are millions of refugees that have to go somewhere else if they want to survive. Unfortunately, they found wide open doors in Europe and we see how chaotic that has become.

Wouldn't it be funny if a couple of his Sarin barrel bombs landed in or near Assad's compound?
