The answer to that would be when the Syrians are left alone to deal with their issues. We can all agree that the problems began when the obama administration failed to instigate an "Arab Spring" in Egypt and Syria, then the channeling of weapons via Benghazi to Turkey began.
obama owns this one, now using erdogan to do his bidding, once again failed with his red line, and did not count on Russia and Iran getting involved, another FUBAR.
