I began "thinking" about starting Tai Chi about a year ago. I finally did something about it beginning last month. It will probably take me several more months to master lesson one (available free on YouTube). However, the day will come when even my balance will improve to the point where I'm ready to move on. (I have an inner ear disease - Meniere's - that seriously impairs hearing and balance in my left ear) If anyone out there practices Tai Chi, I'd appreciate referrals to video courses that you feel are worth the money.

My martial arts skills have withered on the vine with age. I can't even remember the correct spelling of the style that I was taught... Shorin Ru (that's a phonetic spelling).

I practiced Karate when I was far younger. Not up to all that leaping about any more. I had always wanted to study Akido but never found a teacher in my area.
