My "dream job", back when I was trying to "reinvent" myself from NFO to SWO...was command of a PC or minesweeper...ok, that, or the USS CONSTITUTION! LOL!
Didn't pan out that way, and I ended up being the skipper of an up-armored M1151 instead.
Still think this is a great track for young SWOs, following in the tradition of placing relatively junior officers in command of highly mobile, mission-specific vessels.
