This was a timely read as I head to my counterterrorism class tonight. The culture of fear associated with terrorist threats (particularly with cyber capabilities) is something we talk about often. This article provides some great examples of how this manifests in society, and what we can do about it.

Sir, that is very true. Simple police work buy National Guard Army Reserve soldiers in Iraq was able to find out who the bomb makers were who the thing and seers were just like the mosaics like you see it pictures at a Japanese or American war tribunal you see all the pictures of all the different people have the interconnected all that civil police work makes so much easier to be able to figure out who's who in a with military intelligence in interrogations as well. No in our war against terrorism and how reserve-component soldiers are relevant to putting civilian police skills to use in a war zone
