I've done a lot of commercial fishing over the last 10 years. I've seen many varieties of sea life between fishing from Portland Maine, San Francisco and Florida. I've not, however, seen something that old and amazing.

I was long lining for tuna, shark ans swordfish down in Florida. We hauled up, but set loose 2 sea turtles the size of a VW bus. They were beautiful.

They'd follow our submarine as we headed out to our patrol area. Dolphins, tuna, sharks, whales. Our prop would kick up/kill fish and they'd be there to eat it by the bucket-full. Then as a "thank you" they'd jump over our bow. I gotta say, thats one of the things I miss most about the Navy; watching all the sea creatures. Heres an Atlantic dolphin jumping our bow in 1988.
