Commanders get relieved for things that their joes do
NCO's get relieved for things their joes do
CEO's get removed for things their companies do not do (in limited cases)
But this guy and others who like to deflect blame all to often forget.......

SGT (Join to see) What a pathetic display of leadership. Leadership in his organization also ordered deputies to stage outside and not to enter school. First officers to enter school where Coral Springs PD, disguising display of poor leadership at every level including the top.
