If your in the KC Metro, I highly recommend a visit to Liberty Memorial the Only National WWI Memorial that I am aware of and one of my Favorite Museums. Probably the Largest Collection of WWI Mortars and a very significant collection of WWI Uniforms.

I will definitely have to stop in! Will need to try their BBQ as well! Not sure where my next assignment will take me, but hopefully I will pass through KC area.

In the Navy we have a saying "Opinions are like Assholes, Everyone has one" Everyone has a favorite BBQ Joint in KC. Mine is Fiorella's Jack Stack. Because me Children were raised on it they swear by it too.

TSgt Joe C. - Thanksgiving Tradition Grandpa Chip ships Jack Stack BBQ to my Children. I suspect if my Grandchildren are lucky they get to eat the Beans.
