Disgusted this happened near where I live. This is a direct result of poor parenting. They aren't mad that their child misbehaved. They are mad the teacher said something and attacked her.

Maybe the kid will get better parenting from her foster parents while her bio-parents are in jail. That is, if the girl can refrain from biting them.
