It's all about the Thrill. It is about pushing boundaries. Unfortunately in this case it could put peoples lives in danger. I will be a bit measured in my response though since as a 14 year old Black Box Man, Capt'n Cruncher (Predecessor to the Modern Hacker) I broke into the Cincinnati Police Tactical Radio Network and Harassed them.
