Terrifying new nuclear threat is here

From the title I assumed a new country was a player in the game.
If I read it and assume correctly, they new threat is an F-35 with a B-61. SO, a threat to the bad actors of the world.

Pretty much a Meh it is not like this would surprise anyone.
