Just got home from work and saw this on TV. While I don't yet know the details, I continue to believe our mental health care is not only broken but almost nonexistent. The breakage began in the 80s when budgets began cutting support and hospitals providing both shelter and treatment felt its effects resulting in diminishing facilities and beds.
