So after reading I can see the good and the bad.
US citizens can go after monetary compensation for an act of proven "international terrorist"
It's check is the Secreatary of State can put proceeding on hold if we are in talks with the country about the incident.
Then what about the people who claim to be working for ISIS (no country) it could get hairy if they go after the country of origin?
What about the US, there are governments that call our drone strikes as terrorism?
