Tell me this is not true! Haven't seen any disinformation used since Schwarzkoph. Side point Chip, how many carrier groups like this do we have?

LTC (Join to see) - Ship's Company meant that was My Duty Station. I went to War Twice on the Mighty Ark First Time I was TAD a Loaner from USS California CGN-36 which was in a Million Pieces in Dry Dock undergoing Reactor Core Overhaul. (My Skills were Better Used in the Persian Gulf).

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - thanks. I really enjoy learning about the terminology used by the other services.

SFC William H. - Their AOR can Change at the Drop of a Hat but during my Time in 76-97 the usual thing was always a Carrier Battle Group in the Persian Gulf, One on the Way and One Coming Back. I suspect before My Time there was always a Carrier Group Enroute to Vietnam, One On Station and One coming back from Vietnam.

SFC George Smith All Speculation. No One Really Knows. Now in My Day though if you wanted to Know where any Ship was the Best Source of Intelligence were the Hookers in Olongapo, Luzon, Philippines
