They way I figure it, I don't want to suffer at meals, I eat food that taste good. My cholesterol level is fine, my weight hasn't changed in 40 years, it remains constant at 195 and I'm 6'2" I did cut out the cereals with sugar and have Cheerios with fruit on it, something like blueberries, blackberries, rasberries, stawberries or banana on it. Always have OJ or other fruit juices. Sometime si ''ll have pancakes, French toast, eggs etc. Coffee in the morning. (without that I'm not fit to be around other human beings) Meals, I eat what like. Usually only have breakfast and dinner, once in a while lunch. I do have desserts, just not every day I don't vegetate either though, I keep busy, i'm sure that helps. I can't just sit and do nothing, that seems to work in my favor. I always have a happy plate at meals, eat everything in front of Me. I enjoy good food !
