The 8 Most Iconic War Photos Of All Time

Let us never forget what we fight for.

Would have liked to have one in there from Korea, perhaps the 1st Marine Division at the Chosin Reservoir. It isn't called the forgotten war for nothing I guess.

Two of the three from Vietnam are interesting when you juxtaposition them to the ones from WWII. It seems we still strongly associate negative images or controversial images about Vietnam and not about the sacrifice and honor of those that served. Not a single photo of Khe Sahn or Hue etc. Plenty of other iconic photos from the war.

Very good pictures, some heart warming, some very touching.
