Do hangs from the bar as long as I can, doing scapula shrugs while hanging from the bar, using a short grip biceps curl bar for a cable machine attached to a lat pull down station to practice the grip and action of pulling have all helped me improve my ability to do a leg tuck. I went from not even being close to doing one to getting 1-2 on each try.
I still think this exercise will either go bye bye or they will make it to wear you can score a set amount of points and still fail one event. Too many people are failing.
