To be honest seeing BOARD was not encouraging. I am exchanging communication withe Patient Advocate at martinsburg, WV, VAMC about my most recent evaluation because VBA claimed I did not attend an appointment and did not provide employment history to them. We have proof they are incorrect on both points. I hope this can be resolved without an appeal which I understand can take up to three years to be resolved based on the court backlog.
