I like the idea but, my question is the Army gonna hire us old school grunts to the new geriatric division? Some of us old school grunts still have some fight in us. Let me at them young whipper snappers ! Laffs.... Thanks for the post TSgt David L.

Last time this discussion came up was before the gas attacks in Syria. Pretty hard to maintain a seal on a gas mask with facial hair. In any case the facial hair has always been a non issue with me. Even as a civilian I keep well shaven most of the time. My beard turns a rather unusual shade of red around the first week.
