It’s called forecast based planning or reverse (backward) planning...

Wow, thanks for the knowledge. Also wondering, do you know if recruiters acrossed the nation all have to get the same number each month or is it based on area they work? Wondering if some have to work harder than others to get their clients

SGT Mark Estes that I don’t know but I believe the goals are based on region. Special mission recruiters are also different (AMEDD, Chaplain, JAG).

What’s incredibly frustrating is these business principles have been used successfully for decades and we can’t seem to apply them...
