When I was in they came out with the AT-4 which is similar to that

The AT4 while similar is a one shot disposable weapon like the old LAW rocket. The Carl G is more like the old Bazooka in that you carry one firing tube and a bunch of rockets. It keeps the weight down.

Back in the day we called them bazookas but I know that was not the proper nomenclature. They were an awesome weapon system now this new Gustaf the same on steroids.

Badass weapon but even better is the name. It just sounds bad, the only way it would be better would be if it was the carl badass Gustaf and things would just blow up if you posted at them.
