The Army Stance: What it Says About You

I’ve found I have reverted back to my pre Service stance,hands in pockets leaning against any available wall or post ( favorite at the mall waiting around for household six) two good reasons for this posture 1.Im old now 2.my Platoon sergeant can’t see me ( I hope)

Power or Hip. Parade Rest isn't quite like is mentioned here (all NCO's use it as a sign of respect, not just junior enlisted), but let 1SG or a CSM come up and you don't at least make the attempt to get there, and you'll wind up there anyways.

I always wondered what giving the "Bird" said about me? LOL
