The Army wants to replace the ‘Mickey Mouse’ cold weather boots

Had mucklaks in Greenland never got cold feet.

I got the Mickey Mouse boots when I was stationed in Korea. Can't say I ever wore them. I did wear the black leather ones with removable liners during the winter. We also got the bear suite and of course the pile cap.

When I was stationed in Minot, ND I wore both the "bunny" boots and Mukluks. I much preferred the mukluks. They were warmer and easier to walk in.
