Hopefully any veteran exposed to mustard gas experiments or any other chemical agent will be able to have their exposure confirmed via redacted records SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL so that all exposed vets are able to receive care before it is too late to benefit them.

Testing will be the difficult task. I believe, as they have done in other similar scenarios, as long as the veteran was at that particular location during the time periods of testing he should be treated and considered for SC for any known side effects regardless of records.
