"The public will never stand for that. America has a bedrock commitment to the rule of law"...the fact he actually said that means either he's blind as all hell and needs his vision corrected or all that time he spent on the bench was for nothing. America has laws that are on the books. Problem with that is, those very laws are circumvented, bent, destroyed, by many who have name "status", money, or influential friends. So to think otherwise lends that person to becoming delusional. If we seriously went after EVERY politician who's committed a crime, it would finally become the world most honest occupation. HRC knows more than she's letting on, and if you look at her comments, it's more than the simple arrogance seen by many, she truly knows the deal and is prepared for it. For every comment she's made, does anyone NOT think her lawyers have ready made answers to those? This isn't a person who is a simple bully like Trump, she IS a professional liar aka politician. She knows the ins and outs, she knows the "lingo", and her team I'd put a twenty on will be a modern day "Dream Team" of lawyers. To the IT team that knew something was wrong and didn't report it, you do realize that some of this WILL fall on you?
"Clinton herself was repeatedly told by her own State Department information technology experts and their colleagues at the National Security Agency that her persistent use of her off-the-shelf BlackBerry was neither an effective nor an acceptable means of receiving, transmitting or safeguarding state secrets. Little did they know how reckless she was with government secrets, as none was apparently then aware of her use of her non-secure secret server in Chappaqua for all of her email uses"...looking at this and I'm NO lawyer, but they KNOW something is seriously wrong, and did not report it to anyone who could or would try and stop it. As they are IT professionals knowing there is a security lapse, they should've shut it down immediately and took it higher, or made it public. You cannot mitigate risk by slapping a hand and waving a finger telling someone "stop you naughty girl you". You KNEW the risk, briefed her, and allowed the link to continue. Good luck getting jobs boys. No one knew the server was in use? Does ANYONE really think they'd say "Sure I knew"? Judge you cannot be that dumb. The link was made, so those packets can be traced easily from point to point. The fact there is a connection made, you could hide it, but then there are the yearly inspection and audits. Unless you're damn good, it'll be caught.
Thank you for your time Pres. Clinton, that will be all. She'll be "lolling" all the way back to the WH on her blackberry.

Col Joseph Lenertz - Sir we ALL should hope for that. The problem is, none of us are in a position to change it....YET!! I'm sure one of y'all have a squeaky clean past and will run for office?

SSG Warren Swan You make good points and as for myself believe she is as guilty as hell. She lies every time she opens that hole she calls a mouth. And it more than obvious that the Dems will vote for her no matter what she does or says. Who cares she sucks as a leader and her opinions change faster than the breeze. They would vote for her even if she committed first degree murder of a 10 year old kid on live TV her followers would still vote for her. The only thing that will stop her from running for president is if a court says because you have been charged with a bucket of felonies your not able to run. BUT There are what around 35% of the US that are Dems and around 42% that are repubs. That means either party are going to have to get those of us that are not registered as Dem or Repub. We can only hope those people have more common since than the 39% of the population that would excuse her for killing a kid.

SSG Warren Swan - LOL. They'd call me an enviro-terrorist, with all the JP-4 and JP-8 I've dumped over the US, Europe, and the Oceans.

PO2 Mark Saffell - She IS in my mind guilty, but no matter how I feel about it, the law while we think it'll serve her in irons, has more holes in it, than Swiss Cheese. Her lawyers are going to nail these IT Pros and they should. I've mentioned it here a FEW times. She has her fall guy already. She's not going to be hurt by this at all. I don't want to bring politics into this being it's a legal thing, BUT it's the fact that politics are going to play into this which will taint this completely. The FBI has ONE guy without having to worry about prosecution. This ENTIRE IT section doesn't......wonder who's going to foot their lawyer bill? "Say what I tell ya...you go home. Don't, and we'll be beside each other"...I'd say whatever she wants. I'm sure they have families they want to see daily without the use of thick glass or in irons on visitations.

I hope they fry her! Her husband is a lying, manipulative, and shady dirt bag. Looks as tho she is no better and i can not believe Americans even backed her as far as they did! If she got into office this country would have gone farther down the path to hell its on. After the 1st 8 year Clinton dictatorship, and now after the 8 years of the current terrorist we have in office. I think we just need to accept the fact we need someone like Trump in office and run this country like the business it is. Cut off welfare, Cut off Medicaid, Cut off Obama phones, and start to get rid of the leaches that are killing this great nation of ours! GO TRUMP!
