The Coast Guard Has Better Snipers Than The Freakin' Marine Corps

This shouldn't surprise anyone with any knowledge of the Puddle Pirates. As I've pointed out before in other discussions on RP, their snipers shoot out of moving helicopters at moving boats, at closing or opening speeds that few other 'breed' of snipers will ever see. Give the devil his due.
