Momentum is more than simple inertia. Momentum needs a steady activating force while inertia just coasts along until friction slows and stops the motion. For leaders momentum should mean a steady even hand using every technique possible to maintain a units ability to move forward. This past week the daily ideas have all been about maintaining momentum. Thank you sir for tying up the week.
