It is wise to treat each person you come into contact with, have supervision over, or work for with respect and to treat and speak to them as you would to be spoken to if the roles were reversed.
Each human being is created with a less-than-perfect reflection of the image of God in our soul. Each human being is worthy of dignity and respect on the simple basis that we are each created equal in the eyes of God.
