Have a restful and peaceful night, my friend and sister-in-Christ Sgt Deborah Cornatzer.
Heavenly Father, YOU always do what is perfect, right and true. We who are created in YOUR image are forever indebted to YOU. Yet YOU freely forgive YOUR adopted sons and daughters on the basis of YOUR perfect grace and love.
Many of us tend to either attempt to do too much or too little. I pray LORD that YOU will make it absolutely clear to each YOUR adopted children that we do not have to do anything to be YOUR forgiven children. YOU look at each of us through the merits of the shed blood of the Christ.
LORD I pray that YOU will lead those with good health, time, talent and treasure to bless those lacking in health and treasure. There are seasons in life when we can be a blessing by doing. At other seasons we become the means of blessing to those with abilities when we are invalided, imprisoned or destitute.
By the power and authority of the Name above all names, Jesus the Christ.

Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs . Sage words from the Eagle's Nest.
I work with grief clients and sometimes with the dying as well. What everyone regrets are the things they didn't do or didn't say (also a kind of "doing") I hear a lot of "I thought about...but I didn't" and then a lot of sadness. It is better to do what you've thought about than regret it at the end when there is nothing you can do about it. What is it that you want to do or need to do? How can you start that process?

Maj Robert Thornton
SP5 Mark Kuzinski - a couple of shots from riding the Haw Creek single track in Cumming, GA. They actually have a work station in the middle of the woods. Only took one tumble today, caught a tree with the handle bar on a tricky place. Bike and Bob are okay.
