Good Sunday morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs Give Bella and Mom a hug this morning.
Sometimes we take "hugging" lightly or people say "I am not a huggy person" but I think that needs to be worked on. We were meant to have good physical contact with others. It is part of our emotional well being. Studies have shown that people who hug are physically and emotionally healthier. Hugs should be dispensed with a minimum daily requirement. Who in your life needs a hug? Can you make hugging a part of your daily routine?
